Shipping policy

Ash Holden ships internationally to most countries, regions and territories.

As each garment is hand-made to order please allow one to two weeks for creating your item and an additional one to two weeks for shipping. 

An estimated making and delivery time will be given to the customer upon payment for an item and tracking once dispatched. 

Shipping to the customer is included within the cost of the item. Any return shipping costs must be paid by the customer in line with our returns policy. 

Customers are liable for paying any customs duties payable upon reaching the destination and any return and other associated costs if they do not pay the customs duties.
